Our experience spans multiple events accomplished within hours of each other, Mossy Creek Catering is able to do this because of the talent we recruit and retain for many dinning occasions. Although we no longer operate Mossy Creek Cafe in Fishersville, Virginia, we continue to hone our skills at our home-based business and this outlet keeps many of our support staff busy year round, giving both employees and their families the flexibility food and beverage work doesn't always provide.
Mossy Creek Catering began service to our guests and customers in 1997 as a small home based state inspected business. We grew every year adding necessary equipment and new staff to compliment our scratch food preparation which in the beginning and continue today to accomplish on site in one of our mobile kitchens. In July 2000 Mossy Creek Cafe opened its new commissary and lunch shop, and with much popularity of our lunch menu our guests urged us to do dinner. We added dinner with almost every proven recipe from our catering experience and it was an instant success, and because of our rural location we were invited yet again by our customers to add more. Here we grow again, so we added our lounge and sports bar featuring live entertainment, this enabled us to experience entertainers and musicians before issuing any recommendations or referrals. We feel it is important to maintain a current list of desired bands, D.J.’S and other specialty entertainment, and our cafe venue has proven to be a wonderful tool. In months ahead, we hope to start our cooking classes, demonstrations, wine and beer tasting and much more. Mossy Creek Cafe has been and will continue to be a great proving ground for our catering business, and this experience is reflected with our attention to detail and foods that you would be proud to serve.

Today, Mossy Creek Catering continues to grow with our mobile kitchen and support services rental division, providing essential equipment such as self contained refrigeration or freezer truck, our new state of the art mobile kitchen for meals prepared moments before they are served, and dry storage trailers which all make for a superior event. This equipment is available in the eastern United States for rental or catering services, which may include support and technical staff.
